Karate Classes at Naka Ima

Naka Ima is now offering Shito Ryu Karate classes every Tuesday evening at 6 - 7 pm and Friday evening at 7 - 9 pm.

Karate Do means "way of the empty hand". The meaning of "empty hand" is twofold, it refers to fighting without a weapon, but also means practising with a clear, calm mind. Our classes emphasize finding harmony in one's movements and developing inner peace and focus.
