We have a 1700 sq ft space available for rent in the Dufferin and Castlefield area in Toronto for workshops, learning pods, etc. There are male and female change rooms and a unisex bathroom in the basement.
Rates (exclusive of HST)
One-Off Events
$250 for half-day 4-hour rental (minimum)
$300 for full-day 8-hour rental
Regular Monthly Rates
$65/hour (Monday to Friday 4pm-9pm, Weekends) ==> $250/month at one hour a week
$40/hour (Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm) ==> $160/month at one hour a week
